I was browsing the Style Files and discovered this London home. Love the colour, love the white floors (clearly they’re not dog people), LOVE the fridge. The shade on the light, below, looks like a security camera here, but is actually a cool metallic ball.

I was just browsing Real Estate listings when I saw this place in Toorak, Victoria. My first reaction was that it looks like an owl: The inside is actually quite appealing though. It’s minimalist, but with a splash of colour and character. The outside areas look pretty inviting too.

It’s raining and yet again, the downstairs of my house is lightly flooded. In between mopping up buckets of water, I ducked down to a local op shop to pick up some cheap towels and two $10 fan heaters to help dry the carpet out once the rain stops. which apparently won’t be until Friday. [...]
