New York holds a certain appeal for those of us living in the suburbs of places less exciting. OK, so, we have land and space and fresh air. We can keep big dogs and grow veggie gardens and enjoy having plenty of spare bedrooms. But are our balconies as cute as this one, featured on Apartment Therapy?
